The investment seeks current income with limited risk to principal. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of current income by investing principally in fixedincome securities of any kind with a dollarweighted average effective duration of between three and seven years. Under normal market conditions SubAdviser intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes in such securities. fixedincome securities include bonds debt securities and incomeproducing instruments of any kind issued by governmental or privatesector entities. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. It will also invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in exchange listed common stock (or corresponding American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Cannabis Companies.
