TSX:DXC (Dynamic Active Canadian Dividend ETF)

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. The fund investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of Canadian based businesses that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Canadian Dividend Fund, andor by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more investment funds, andor through the use of derivatives. To achieve its objective, the Fund will invest, directly or indirectly, in Canadian equity securities that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution.
