About HAL

In order to achieve its investment objective, HAL invests primarily in equity securities of North American companies with above average dividend yields. To achieve its investment objective, the Sub-Advisor may also invest in preferred and fixed-income securities such as government bonds, corporate bonds or treasury bills. HAL may hold up to 10 percent of its portfolio in these debt securities. It is expected that the income earned from HALs investments will be used to pay some or all of the ETFs expenses. The investment objective of HAL is to seek longterm total returns consisting of regular dividend income and longterm capital growth.
