TSX:QQCL (Global X Enhanced Nasdaq-100 Covered Call ETF)

The ETF seeks to provide, to the extent reasonably possible and net of expenses exposure to the performance of an index of the largest domestic and international, non-financial companies listed on the NASDAQ stock market (currently, the NASDAQ-100 Index) and high monthly distributions of dividend income and call option premiums. To generate premiums, the ETF will be exposed to a dynamic covered call option writing program. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by employing a leverage ratio of approximately 125 through the use of cash borrowing, or as permitted under applicable securities legislation. in order to obtain leveraged exposure to a dynamic covered call option writing program and the performance of its Underlying Index.
