It operates through the following business segments: Industrial, Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural. The Industrial segment manufactures both high-carbon and low-carbon galvanized steel wire. The Residential segment includes nail coating and stucco reinforcing products. The Commercial segment consists of welded wire concrete reinforcing mesh and other fabricated wire products. The Agricultural segment produces tensile fencing, barbed and galvanized wire, specifically for farming, ranching, and vineyards. The company was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Richmond, Canada.
