TSX:UTIL (Horizons Canadian Utility Services High Dividend Index ETF)

To achieve its investment objective, UTIL generally invests and holds, directly or indirectly, equity securities of the constituent issuers in substantially the same proportion as its Underlying Index the Constituent Issuers. UTIL may also invest in ADRs or GDRs representing equity securities of Constituent Issuers of its Underlying Index. To the extent permitted, the ETF will generally be fully invested in or exposed to its respective Underlying Index at all times. UTIL seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of an index that seeks to provide exposure to the performance of TSXlisted high dividend paying utility services companies. Currently, UTIL seeks to replicate the performance of the Solactive Canadian Utility Services High Dividend Index, net of expenses.
