So if you’ve ever wished you could go back to right before Apple launched the first iPhone and invest to target maximum gains… I’ve got good news. Because, while there’s no time machine to take you back to 2007… Today I’m revealing the details of our investigation into the launch of a “game changing” new device – which I believe is poised to unleash an investing opportunity that’s 76x BIGGER than the iPhone, according independent estimates.Chart refers to U.S. market.
But the clock is ticking. And you’ll realize why once you carefully examine the details of our full-scale investigation into this game-changing product. Including the breadcrumbs Apple has been leaving since at least 2018… All of which point squarely to Apple’s urgent plans to tap into the AI growth opportunity that, according to PWC, is a “$15.7 trillion game changer”(USD). What’s more, according to insider leaks, not only could it be Apple’s steppingstone into the AI arena… But ignite the rocket fuel to the “AI era.” The potential impacts stretch far beyond Apple, potentially lifting all boats and possibly creating dozens of “Hidden Winners” upstream and downstream of Apple’s value chain. PWC estimates AI could be worth a staggering $15.7 trillion USD by 2030, making it…66 times the total software as a service market
40 times Apple’s total annual revenue
And even 12 times the entire 5G market!

Now… Here at The Fool, we’ve been following Apple’s seemingly unstoppable rise to become the most valuable company on earth for almost two decades… Undoubtedly minting more than a few millionaires in the process. Not just with our recommendations of Apple itself… but many “hidden winners” resulting from some of Apple’s blockbuster product launches. And now I’m ready to reveal the full details behind the huge announcement I predict Apple will make no later than September 12th at 1pm eastern… Leaving only a short window for investors to position their portfolios. Because it’s at that moment when we believe Tim Cook will reveal the full scope of Apple’s plans to revolutionize the tech world – yet again. Just like with the iPhone. Just like with the iPad. And just like with Apple Watch. But on an unprecedented scale we’ve NEVER seen before. Apple CEO Tim Cook himself says he is “very bullish on AI”… …and that it will “affect every product and every service that we have.” A “seminal release” that’s going to be “a catalyst”, according to one of the leading experts. And while it’s still “early days”, according to McKinsey, AI’s impact could indeed “add trillions of dollars in value to the global economy.” As you can imagine, with a shift of this potential magnitude… It’s no surprise our analysts believe this moment could be the driving force behind many of the market’s biggest winners in the years to come. More on the game-changing AI device I predict Apple is about to announce in a moment. First, it’s important to realize that…Chart refers to U.S. market.
That’s more than 100-fold growth! And this highlights the point I just made… Apple doesn’t just launch new products – it launches new eras. Let’s take another example because Apple didn’t just transform smartphones. It also transformed wearables. Back in 2010, Fitbit released its first step counter. And it made a splash, for sure, in a small niche. By 2014, wearables had hit an estimated $1.5 billion USD in global annual sales. Again – just like smartphones, a small niche. Not life-changing by any means. The market is on the launchpad, but nobody’s hit ignition. Of course, we all know what happens next. In late 2014, Apple announces the incoming Apple Watch, which then launches in April of 2015 and… Sales exploded – lifting all boats. Today the global wearables market is estimated at $186 billion USD.Chart refers to U.S. market.
That’s 124-fold growth. Plus, with forecasts estimating that wearables could be worth $419 billion USD by 2028… Well, it’s easy to see that this has been another solid growth investment for Apple. Of course, Apple did the same thing AGAIN with tablets and the iPad back in 2010… Over a decade later, the iPad remains the #1 tablet on earth, and Apple still has more than 50% more market share than its nearest competitor. And don’t even get me started on AirPods and the wireless headphone market. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. When Apple gets involved in a new market, I believe every investor should be tracking very closely. Both because Apple usually promptly takes over… And, more importantly, because as I’ve laid out, Apple usually kicks off a mad scramble among competitors… rapid innovation… and frankly enormous growth. Like I said – Apple doesn’t just launch new PRODUCTS. It launches new ERAS. The iPhone era, the wearables era, the 5G era… And I believe it’ll do the same again. With a much bigger opportunity, AI – in just a few short weeks. That’s a big deal, not just for Apple, but also for the little-known companies throughout its supply chain and related industries we believe could be poised to be “hidden winners” of the AI era. More on that in a moment, but first it’s important for you to know that:(Apple’s suspected Swiss AI lab )
Then there’s acquisitions… Apple spent $200 million USD to acquire Xnor.ai, a Seattle-based AI startup focused on low-power machine learning software and hardware… And this year Apple quietly bought up a Mountain View-based startup, WaveOne, that was developing AI algorithms for compressing video. But those are just some of the latest examples… Because in fact, from 2016 to 2020, while Accenture, Google, Microsoft, and Facebook (or Meta) made lots of acquisitions – Apple actually bought up more AI companies than any of them. So, while others have focused on scooping up headlines, Apple has been buying up MORE AI companies than any of them!Chart refers to U.S. market.
A new “A17 Bionic” chip, Apple’s first-ever 3-nanometer chip. Its Neural Engine is supposed to deliver over 20 trillion operations per second – which experts are describing as a “significant leap” that will take the iPhone 15’s AI capabilities to the “next level”.
A dedicated app store for AI-based applications. That’s a huge deal. For Apple itself… but maybe even more so for app developers and content providers – the potential “hidden winner” developers that have historically raked in about 10X more revenue from the app store than Apple itself.
A brand-new Health app… along with an AI-powered health coaching service (code-named “Quartz”), powered by on-device AI. Independent sources anticipate it will use a mix of heart rate, sleep patterns, diet, and even breathing data to furnish individualized lifestyle suggestions… actively guiding you towards a healthier life using real-time data and AI analysis.
All powered by on-device AI. But why September 12th? Well, going back all the way to 2014 and the iPhone 6, whenever Apple has announced new iPhones in the Fall, that has always happened in September, with only one exception. And in fact, Bloomberg has reported the iPhone 15 is slated for a sales launch on September 22. Now, if Apple sticks to its usual schedule to allow for pre-orders, the big reveal will actually happen the week before… And usually on a Tuesday. The 12th. But here’s the biggest signal, and the real reason I’m so sure: Multiple sources have leaked internal communications from mobile carriers that have been asking employees not to take the following day off – that is, the 13th – “due to a major smartphone announcement.” That pinpoints Tuesday, September 12th. Now, will every single one of these features drop simultaneously? That’s hard to say. But once the details become public, I predict the buzz won’t be about some small design tweak or a slightly better camera… No, I predict just like the iPhone 12 launched the 5G era, the iPhone 15 will launch the AI era – which is already predicted to be so much bigger. While ALSO addressing those privacy concerns I mentioned earlier, which have been holding AI back until now. And again — the sheer size of the opportunity here is staggering… 1.5 BILLION iPhone users. Of which a whopping 25% haven’t upgraded their iPhones in over 4 years by the way. And of course, Apple has more than a billion paid subscriptions, too – 4X more than Netflix! As you can imagine, with a billion-and-a-half iPhone users, and a billion-plus subscribers to Apple services waiting in the wings… Combined with a $15.7 TRILLION USD AI market opportunity… When Apple makes its move, it won’t just ripple the waters — it could create a tidal wave set to launch the new “AI era.” But here’s something that may surprise you… As I showed you, Apple likely won’t be sole beneficiary when it steps in and disrupts the market… But it turns out… Apple likely won’t even the MAIN beneficiary. Because each time it has launched a new era, smaller “hidden winners” have emerged.Chart refers to U.S. market.
So, almost 4,000% more than Apple. And that same $50,000 USD investment would have turned into $4.85 million USD. Almost five million dollars USD. Or take tablets. Another market that Apple seriously revolutionized, as we all know. Since January 27th, 2010, the day Apple introduced the iPad, Apple is up +2,494%. Yet another fantastic return for Apple shareholders. And a still better return for shareholders in NVIDIA, the graphics and microprocessor maker that’s been key to the tablet market… Since the iPad’s launch, NVIDIA has beaten Apple more than four-to-one… Of course, Motley Fool members who got in with our December 18th 2009 recommendation – just ONE MONTH before Apple announced the iPad, pretty similar timing to what we’re predicting today with the “AI” iPhone 15… Well, they were able to capture all of +10,929% gains.Chart refers to U.S. market.
And again, $50,000 USD invested in Apple would have grown to $1.25 million USD and some change. NVIDIA would have grown that to five and a half million dollars USD. What about Apple Watch? Announced in September of 2014. Revolutionized the wearables market, as we all know. And of course, a great need for chips and processors to meet that expanded demand. Well… Apple’s up +600% since then. AMD, which makes – you guessed it – chips and processors… Up +2,689%.Chart refers to U.S. market.
Almost four and a half times Apple’s return. I could keep going, but you get the point. And frankly, it goes beyond just suppliers, too… Remember, how the iPhone 12 really launched the 5G era? It was released on October 23rd, 2020. And without it, I doubt the e-comm boom that catapulted our 2016 Shopify recommendation to +2,526% gains would have been possible. For reference, Apple delivered “only” a 634% return over the same time period… Almost a million less on a $50k USD investment. Finally, allow me to give you just one more example. Thanks to Apple launching the “smartphone era” when it released the original iPhone, we also saw the expansion of mobile search… Which opened up huge new markets for companies like Booking Holdings. Now, if you recall, Apple’s gained 5,712% since the release of the first-generation iPhone… Turning every $50,000 USD into over $2.9 million USD. Compare that to Booking Holdings – ticker BKNG – which is up +7,419%.Chart refers to U.S. market.
Or in dollars and cents… The same $50,000 USD investment, instead of $2.9 million USD, is now worth $3.75 million USD. It’s very clear that these “hidden winners” – have FAR outperformed Apple each time it has launched a new “era.”Chart refers to U.S. market.
So. From where I sit, that’s a lot of upside potential. And to be honest I expect even the most plugged-in Fool member has probably never seen quite a few of these stocks before. Let me give just a few examples, including:A Niche Chip-Maker with Strong Ties to Apple… And over 3,900 patents to potentially expand its revenue per iPhone sold. Which is why I think this under-the-radar stock could surge as the next-gen iPhones hit the market. And at merely a $4.5 billion USD market cap, it allows investors to target 622 times MORE upside potential compared to just buying Apple. What’s more, the stock looks CHEAP right now… offering bold investors a chance at significant gains.
The Gaming Stock You’ll Want to Buy More Of… As soon as you realize the way in which they’re monetizing generative AI for augmented and virtual reality. Should Apple’s predicted “A17 Bionic” chip – optimized for AI use – in fact find its way into the next iPhone… Well, it could open up a universe of possibilities AND profits. While Apple shareholders might benefit through Apple’s revenue share, this stock seems positioned for FAR more upside potential.
Another Key Apple Supplier You’ve Probably Never Heard Of. Remember I showed you how investors in Sanan Optoelectronics made a killing by buying the stock providing mini-LED chips for the iPhone? A 9,600% return compared to “only” 5,700% for Apple shareholders… Well, this overlooked Apple supplier is a market leader providing a different kind of chip. Our research indicates the iPhone 15 will increasingly rely on it… Which is why I think this stock could surge, much like “hidden winner” Sanan has in the past.
